Increase tweet length to 280 characters #21

When creating the shortcode, I can put up to ~280 characters into the window... but, when you go to view the Wordpress post, the tweet displayed in the "click to tweet" box is truncated at ~140 characters.

I noticed the code implements length = 280 characters. This issue could be closed.

confirmed. this is resolved in version 5.4
