If the entity has half the times the reiatsu of the user or less, it restrains it's arm making him unable to attack using it's arm. Other things like casting a kido etc. you can still do
Shoots a rope of reishi (yellow) at the enemy, if it hits it's enveloped by the rope not being able to attack or move. If the entity has 3/4 or more reishi than the user it can break free or it has simply no effect
The user shoots out a yellow projectile, if hit you grab the entity and can move it where you want. If the target has half the reiatsu points of the user it does not work.
