Feature Request: Support for Intel HD GPU Monitoring (GPUz can do that so it's not impossible) #638

It would be just perfect if Open Hardware Monitor would support monitoring 
Intel HD GPU's. Almost every laptop has an integrated Intel GPU so it would be 
very handy.

Somehow the only app that I know that can do that is GPUz 
(http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/), I don't know what methods or librarys 
they're using, but maybe it would be possible to implement them in Open 
Hardware Monitor too.

Will investigate a bit more about it, but maybe somebody knows if it's a 
feature planned to be integrated in Open Hardware Monitor or if it's worth to 
consider at least.
