Add backgroundClassName to sizer object to accurately size #199

InfoBubble takes a parameter for backgroundClassName. This can be used to add a 
few extra styles to an InfoBubble object. Those changes weren't being accounted 
for in the sizer. The change applies the className to the temporary sizer 
element.
