Is is indeed possible to use Pluto with binder: https://github.com/fonsp/pluto-on-binder

Currently, I'm able to to launch a Pluto binder https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/beramos/DS-Julia2925/binder_pluto_server?urlpath=pluto

However

It is not yet possible to directly link to files, I can only acces notebooks by pasting the URL in the "open file" box.
It is terribly slow but that might improve over time.
It might be possible to send precompiled version of the Pluto code: https://github.com/fonsp/PlutoUtils.jl/issues/20
I still need to figure out how to access repository files without the need of the "open file" box

Update:

It is possible to find the notebooks in the binder by navigating to "/home/joyvan/notebooks"
