Add support for Manjaro 18 #4

Hi. Great script! Can you please add support for Manjaro 18?

Thanks buddy. I'll check it out, but not soon. Very busy with daily stuff. But if you use Manjaro on daily basis and know how to setup rt+rutorrent from scratch - then I can automate it way faster. I (and script) work with Debian based distros so it will be a lot of work to add something else here.

ALSO - manjaro looks like consumer grade distro, dedicated for home use. It's not the best choice to use it as seedbox. There you can probably easily install qBitTorrent or other good and easy products.
