The user flow diagram needs to be more detailed to be effective. Try working on the sketches of the interface to come up with some ideas about how you want the interface and interactions to be laid out. (could also use the AppInventor mockups you were working on for this) After you've got some sketches, you can use those to describe step by step how the user would flow through the interface
