Move baseline specification to PBI settings #11

At the moment, the override for the baseline length calculation is to include a value in the baseline_duration column.

This is a bit wasteful and I'm not sure it's really that valuable - maybe need conversations about how people are likely to use this.

But could provide option in PBI settings, but default to using the column if it's there.

This is now at least optional as of #26 but would be good to allow it to be specified in the visual options, like with the target and improvement direction
