Create summary grid if multiple KPIs are passed #12

If multiple KPIs are passed, it would be good to summarise the outputs into a grid based on assurance and variation. MDC team have some nice examples of this.

This may be an entirely separate visual or an extension of this one.

Maybe a toggle for moving between faceting of multiple variables and displaying as a summary table.

Done. Can select 'KPI matrix' from output options.
