Error: docker not installed #45

Hello,

I tried following the instructions on Linux to install and run Monet:

[ben@asclepius ben]$ monet --input=ad.tsv --method=K1 --container=docker --output=ad
ERROR: you specified --container=docker, but docker is not installed
Please visit https://www.docker.com

Docker is installed 😢 for example

[ben@asclepius ben]$ docker run hello-world

Hello from Docker!
This message shows that your installation appears to be working correctly.

To generate this message, Docker took the following steps:
 1. The Docker client contacted the Docker daemon.
 2. The Docker daemon pulled the "hello-world" image from the Docker Hub.
    (amd64)
 3. The Docker daemon created a new container from that image which runs the
executable that produces the output you are currently reading.
 4. The Docker daemon streamed that output to the Docker client, which sent it
    to your terminal.

To try something more ambitious, you can run an Ubuntu container with:
$ docker run -it ubuntu bash

Dear nebfield, thank you for reporting this bug. Sorry for the wait, I recently defended my PhD thesis. I have pushed a fix. https://github.com/BergmannLab/MONET/commit/3810e67ac5a0706678e4c2306261d4d7a0701a83

Please, pull then just run .install again (you will be asked to overwrite the current installation). Let me know if it works. I tested on Ubuntu 20.04 (all three MONET methods) Cheers, Mattia

Thanks for your help 😀 Everything works OK now. I hope your defence went well!
