Hi. For K1 analysis our input file is 17100 kb. How long does it take to run? After seven days, it is still running and no output file was obtained. monet --input=/home/hadi/MONET/doc/BIOGRID-ALL-4.4.210.mitab.txt --method=K1 --container=docker --output=/home/hadi/MONET/doc
