--output bug #7

Without producing any error, the call below results in the output not being moved to the dir indicated by --output. Output remains in the .monet folder.

To reproduce:

monet --input=/home/sergio/scoring_tools/2_ppi_anonym_v2. Txt --method=M1 --container=docker --output=/home/sergio/scoring_tools/results
