Config options and edit tasks password protection (view-only GUI) #462

Is needed that the main setup and edit jobs will be protected via admin 
password, so the automated task cannot be changed by inexpert users and/or 
stand alone systems

It is possible to make this in the current version, but it would be a hack and 
easy to work around. Once the client/server separation is done, it is easy to 
make a "lite" client that cannot edit anything, only view.

Unfortunately this is a hobby project, so I do not have a timeline or the 
resources to handle this immediately.
