Add Explorer right click option to backup a file or folder on command #65

It could be possible to have a right-click context menu in Windows Explorer
where the user can force a backup.

If you have just made an important change to a document, simply right click
it, and select "Backup now".

Duplicati should then be launched with some commandline parameters that
describe the file or folder in question.

Based on this information, Duplicati should examine all backups, and find
the one that includes the files. If there are no backups that contain the
file, an error message should be presented. If there are multiple, a dialog
with possible options should be presented to the user.

Duplicati should then run the backup, but add an extra filter setting to
ensure that only the requested files are included in the backup.

I think it would be a natural extension to also have a "Restore" option in this
new right click menu. This could be similar to the "Restore previous versions"
built into Windows 7 (or Lion's fancy new Versions system if you prefer).
