Resume option for restores #687

How are you using Duplicati now?
Trying to restore a large backup set and the connection gets interrupted. The
restore starts from the beginning again.

How would you like it to work?
I would like the restore to download the checksums for each file, check each
file in the restore location to see if it is different from its counterpart in
the backup set, and restore or create it if if the file on the restore end is
different.

Are there special considerations to this request?
No

Additional information:
No

Yes, that also should make restores faster if they are made into the source
folder.

This idea also makes sense for a completed restore that just needs to be
refreshed. For example, do a restore that takes 15 hours (or longer), but in
that 15 hours several files on the backup have been updated. It would be
really great to be able to quickly grab just those updates before swapping a
computer out and minimize downtime. This prevents the need to hook the old
hard disk up to the new computer (It's PATA and not supported in a new
motherboard, or there may not be room in a small form factor computer and you
don't have an external dock or enclosure).
