Hello, 

I think it would be nice to have an option to protect Duplicati's settings with 
password so backups could not be stopped and settings could not be changed 
without it.

I have updated the title a bit to reflect what I think you want.
We have plans for a new UI that will make something like this very easy to 
implement.
