Restore files from backups made by computer 1 to a second computer. How this 
could be achieved in Duplicati?

On the other machine, open the Wizard page, then choose "Restore files from a 
backup" and click "Next".
On the second page, choose "Restore files directly" and click "Next".
Now fill in the information as required and it should be very simple to guess 
what to do.
