Patch for /trunk/Installer/Duplicati.wxs

Hi, I have tried to build the installation package (v1.2) but when installed I 
did not see the desktop shortcut actually.
So I suggest that the attribute "Level" of "DuplicatiDesktopShortCutFeature" 
should be 1 not 0, or the DesktopShortCutFeature will not display in the 
installation and will not be installed

en, I have just downloaded duplicati v1.3.3 for windows and tried it, there is 
still no desktop shortcut in installation wizard

I think this is by intention. There is a shortcut in the autostart folder under 
Windows and users can then open Duplicati using the tray icon. The original 
idea was to keep Duplicati as much in the background as possible which could be 
the reason why not desktop shortcut is created.

If you work with the code and build Duplicati yourself, please note:

trunk: This is the next major release we are working on. The UI does not work 
and I have no idea in what condition the installer is.

branches > 1.3.x: This is where Duplicati 1.3.3 was built from. If you want to 
modify the installer, start with this code and build it yourself afterwards.
