mixing symlinks and mounts #739

The problem is that "--follow-symlinks" option affects processing of the mounts 
(directory junctions). 

NTFS supports symbolic links and directory junctions (mounts) via Reparse 
Points. And Duplicati doesn't distinguish them one from another.

I think the new option should be created to control mounts processing. 
Something like "--follow-junctions".
