What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed XMBC
2. Installed Mythbox
3. Run Mythbox and received this error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive Errorn 0 when executing the mythbox script

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mythbox RC2 on XMBC 9.11 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I was having the exact same error as you, same verions and all. I started 
messing around and got it to work. I can´t remember the exact steps I took, 
but it was something like this:

I deleted the Mythbox installation and tried Mythbox RC1 but it still wouldn´t 
work. Then I realized there was no "script_data" folder inside "userdata", so I 
created it (and the "MythBox" folder inside it too). After that, RC1 worked, 
but it was extremely unresponsive and laggy, but I noticed it automatically 
created several folders inside the "mythbox" folder I had just created. Deleted 
the Mythbox script once again (the one under XBMC\scripts) and reinstalled RC2. 
After that it worked flawlessly. The problem seemed to be just some missing 
folders.

I also had the same problem. I just installed a fresh XBMCFreak Beta 3 and then 
extracted the mythbox-RC2.tar.gz to the addons directory. 

Trying to run Mythbox popped up an error dialog that was truncated so I really 
couldn't tell what was going on. I looked at the xbmc.log and it looked like it 
was failing to write to the \userdata\\script_data\\MythBox directory. I 
noticed that it (\script_data\\MythBox) wasn't there and created it manually. 
After that, MythBox worked fine.

Looks like it is failing to create the directory for some reason.. though I 
didn't see any indication in the logs of what it might be.
