FFWD only works at 2X on live TV #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Pause liveTV for a few minutes
2.  Take off pause
3.  Press the FFWD key several times.  2X appears to work, but 4X and above 
stay at 2X.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to FFWD 2X, 4X, 8X, 16X, 32X

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.02 on 10.1 Live

This is an XBMC bug. Please reproduce using an XBMC mythtv source (instructions 
@ http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=MythTV) and log your issue at 
http://trac.xbmc.org/
