Changes:

Fixes #3
Adds monsters from the v1.5 patch
- And adds them to monster_list
- And moves monster_list out to a new class
Increase height of menu to accommodate all of the new monsters

No rush and thank you for creating this useful mod in the first place! I just figured if I was going to make these changes for my own use, I might as well make it available for others too.
