[x] Define schedule rules for triggering the step function every 3 minutes
[x] Configure Eventbridge to trigger the step function based on the schedule
[x] Test the Eventbridge scheduler to ensure it triggers the step function as expected

As a developer, I need an Eventbridge scheduler to trigger the step function on a defined schedule to automate the ETL process.
