[x] Set up an Amazon ECR repository.
[x] Push the Dockerised clean-up script to the ECR repository.
[x] Ensure the ECR repository has the necessary permissions and policies for Lambda access.

As a DevOps engineer, I want to store the containerised clean-up script in Amazon ECR so it can be used by AWS Lambda.
