Defective Item: W209 Async: 7.6 Usability and User Studies (section 2)

Issues: 1) Green bars on top/bottom of video do not appear to be intended or purposeful.

Action Requested: Please remove green bars, since they detract from video quality. 2) Transcript does not match spoken dialogue at all.
Action Requested: Please sync Transcript to spoken dialogue. 3) Video presenter references an advertisement visual that is (unintentionally) not displayed to the viewer.
Action Requested: Please make referenced advertisement visible to the viewer.
