I'm going to work on integrating the CKTexteditor http://ckeditor.com/ with our site on the 'rich-text' branch. Features to include now are basic styling such as bold and italics, editing content, and pushing the new data to the DB.

We ended up getting this working. Tests pending, if they are really needed at all. We really didn't write any code or change anything except for a single line to get this implemented.

Going to write a custom toolbar now. More simplistic. Should also be quick
