Rework: Compensate for lack of U47. #33

Due to no stock of U47 (TPS7A8901RTJT) voltage regulator, it was not populated. So we now need to provide 1.8 V or 2.0 V to VCCAUX_IO, auxiliary supply voltage. Solution: Connect C237 (VCCAUX) and C384 (VCCAUXIO2V0). Picture of layout rendering and rework: aux2
