Polish gh-pages. #62

While what we have is awesome, I think the website that people see will deter them from using react-material. I propose cleaning up the site to display only what is working and looking nice. I can do the PR for this. Then we can stop tracking the bundled files and only track them on gh-pages branch.

This will accomplish two things. Give a polished impression to visitors searching for a react implementation of Material Design, and encourage contributors to help add features not listed on the site.

As I'm mostly focusing on react-style at the moment, I'm looking for people to push this project further. So this would be highly appreciated. I strongly prefer a mobile first approach - not the desktop first approach done by other implementations.
