Single cell sequencing is a powerful tool to investigate cellular mechanisms of disease pathogenesis. The golden Hamster (Mesocricetus auratus) is a valuable model for SARS-CoV-2 infection as molecular mechanisms seem comparable to humans.

Hi,

Thank you very much for this great paper and sharing all the data. I was keen to have a look at the blood snRNAseq data. I could find the lung snRNAseq data from the link provided (ma_int.rds). I was wondering how can I download the blood data seurat object.

Best wishes Nurun

Dear Nurun

I am very sorry that I reply here with such a delay. We have tried to recover the blood scRNAseq object exactly as we used it, but did not succeed so far. Are you still in need of it? Since this study came out, we have overhauled the genome annotation, and refined the cell type annotation. If it is not important for you that the object looks as in our publication, I could upload the new lung and blood objects for downloading.

Best regards Emanuel
