Hi. Vagrant 1.9 is pretty new and changed a lot how plugins are handled.
Vagrant just released a new version (1.9.1) fixing some plugin related stuff. @suzannehamilton would you mind upgrading and try again?
Yes, installing Vagrant 1.9.1 fixes the vagrant-dns installation, thanks!
I've double-checked this - if I downgrade to 1.9.0 again and try to install vagrant-dns, I still see the Celluloid error. So the upgrade to 1.9.1 has genuinely fixed it - it's not like there's a cache of the Celluoid gem from my old 1.8.6 installation or something like that.
I've been having trouble installing vagrant-dns against Vagrant 1.9.0. When I run the command
vagrant plugin install vagrant-dns
, I see the error:If I uninstall Vagrant 1.9.0 and install 1.8.6,
vagrant plugin install vagrant-dns
runs successfully. I haven't tried 1.8.7.I'm running Vagrant on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1.
Is this a known issue? I'm pretty new to Vagrant, so I don't know if it's possible to install the celluloid gem in a way that makes it available to vagrant-dns.
