upgrades ruby-dns to "2.0.0.pre.rc1" as suggested in #48.
In my local test, everything seems to work just fine. There is one major issue though: The current version of vagrant (1.9.3) bundles ruby 2.2.5 and rubydns requires >= 2.2.6
