Simplify tests configurations #4

There is a lot of configuration annotations in the tests which are nearly identical. They may be combined into reusable configuration annotations.

Use DB configuration profiles, like those in https://github.com/Bernardo-MG/spring-mvc-thymeleaf-maven-archetype
