L5R Roller: Die should explode when kept

Dice were automatically exploded but should only explode when they are explicitely kept.

Implementation for this should work in the following way:

• After a roll a user can keep the dice
• If one die was an exploding die and was kept, create a new result with the previous result + the exploding die result
• This can be done as often as a new exploding die is being rolled.
• Previously exploded dice need to be ignored
