Implement a basic roller for action and danger dice for Neon City Overdrive

Note: PR is still a Work in Progress, the following is yet to be implemented:

[ ] Dice images designed by Jelmer
[x] Same results in action and danger dice exclude each other
[x] Highest action roll is shown as result
[x] Indicate whether roll is a: fumble, failure, minor success, or success
[x] If there are 2 or more action results with a value of 6, indicate a critical success
[ ] Tests added to ensure roller works as expected
[ ] Update core version compatibility
