The Dry Contact Relais registers as "relais 2"

The LCD implementation is on the way. Maybe we bump to 0.9.0 when this is finished? What is the best way to proceed? Maybe a Work-In-Progress branch in your repo where I can merge my Pull-Requests?

Let's keep it separate. One PR and one version bump for each feature. Otherwise debugging and backtracking will be hard :)
