LI subdivision is not found #40

The reverse georeference (see also: #7 , #34 ) feature does not load certain subdivisons, e.g. for LI, even though there are: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:LI

This is mostly due to the OpenStreetMap not returning the ISO-responses, as is already known from other issues, as seen above. Probably requires changing the API alltogether, e.g. to https://www.geonames.org/export/web-services.html, Google or Here Maps.

Should be fixed in v1.14, where Geonames is used.
