Reverse geocoding

Idea: In the long run, it would nice if you could enter coordinates into datashot and it would then automatically fill in the correct place name, province and contry. There are some tools online. Let's discuss this sometime.

Just to revise whats currently done:

• [x] Since 1.11.2019, the fields "state" and "country" are automatically filled in after closing the georeference dialog, although only if those fields are currently empty.
• [x] Since today, the georeference dialog additionally shows a little map to make it easier for users to check if the input data is sensible.

And a selection of what would further be possible:

• [ ] also show the error radius on the little map
• [ ] rearrange the input fields (not all seem sensibly placed)
• [ ] also show map coordinates if they are in another format then decimal lat/long (although not used currently anyway)
