The tool should return to the initial page after submission, or include a button that says “upload more files” that returns you.
When the upload is complete the page automatically redirects to a “Thank You” page that has three things:
a Bernie logo (and or fun pro-Bernie msg)
a message saying “Thank you. Your events/data/sheets/? have been received and will be prioritized based on the date of the first event listed. All other fully completed forms will be entered within hours. If you have any questions or do not see your event on the map after hours, please email __.”
a link that says, “Click here to upload more files” which takes them back to the upload tool.
Somewhere on the front page have it say something like, This was one of the most common problems people had, they didn't know how to upload more than one file at a time and thought they had to go in and fill out all of the info again and upload one file at a time.
