VirtualHere: "Operation not permitted" error #129

I have installed virtualbox, debian, and followed all the steps from "Option 1" in the docs.

VirtualHere client shows up the "LEGO READER V2.10", but when I try to double click, VirtualHere lose the connection and show the error in image2.

I have attached dmesg output with the error, you can see into image3.

Tied reinstalling several times and still it's not working.

I tried run VirtualHere from an outside Machine (Windows) and even inside the virtual machine (Linux). Both show up the same error.

Found a solution around the internet and now everything is working properly:

Right click the device in the virtualhere client and select "Custom Event Handler..." then type in the following line and press OK.

onReset.$VENDOR_ID$.$PRODUCT_ID$=

Then try using the device again.
