IMHO the character creation, resync and notices etc.. should all be at the bottom of the page. It's really hard to drag stuff between the toybox and the virtual pad using mobile devices. The only way I was able to use it effectively was on my Samsung Tablet in portrait mode.
Mobile and Tablet browsers cannot be zoomed out so the real estate space of the screen needs to be optimised for usability. I feel moving all the stuff I mentioned to the bottom is a quick fix.
Even the heading could be ditched just to reclaim every bit of space possible at the top section of the screen. Maximising the available space for the toy box and toy pad.
I don't mind giving it a crack if everyone else is busy.
