color pad filter - scale orange fixed #151

Just ran a test with it, it doesn't look like that fixed it. It looks like it still is dark most of the time, only turning orange for a brief second before going dark again.

this emulator cant 100% replicate those animations. there are more limitations like not flashing when you place a character with shift keystone i can show more accurate colors but thats all where my skills can help
