Bug with instances when adding content #105

When adding and editing content, sometimes items show up twice (and partially complete) in an instance, while pointing to a different item. When removing content, the instance can become invalid completely. Check instance code and instance outdating.

Probably fixed after fixing cache refresh, but difficult to reproduce. Closing issue.
