Only refresh instance when the search box has changed #65

Store the value for the search box, don't refresh the instance when the value of the search didn't change (for example, when the user uses the arrow keys to move the cursor or select something)

Solved for all inputs and text areas. No commands are sent to the server when the value didn't change.
