Optimize performance edit and save new items #68

Since adding the recalc function for ..., saving items has become much slower. Analyse the cause and create a solution.

Updates of some cached info (like rootobjectid) is limited to view mode items. Reduced the number of outdates based upon contentitemlinks. Queued the updates for content items, only sending the last request after half a second delay.
