Remove users #87

Removing users is rather complex, because users are linked to all things they edit or create. Removing users can be done in several ways:

create a 'dummy user' and link the items from a removed user to the dummy user
remove everything the user has created/edited (or wait for it to disappear naturally)
deactivate users so they can't login anymore

Maybe all methods have to be implemented in the future.
