Change the way "EMessage_RecvWaitingForPlayers" works.
- It will now send the message to all players when a new player joins and now has a payload with the number of players that are in the lobby and the required amount.
Implement the new messages. See issue https://github.com/BertHeesakkers/IGADPiGameServer/issues/13.
