Should interviews that are going to happen soon be higher on the list?

Team's Response

Our rationale for placing the latest interview at the top is that placing interviews that happen first at the top may result in interviews that happen in the past being displayed at the top and is not what the user is as interested in. Furthermore, it is more likely that the user will have more completed interviews than upcoming interviews. Hence, placing later interview dates at the top will better serve the purpose as the user can easily monitor upcoming interviews at the top of the list.
