Our team think that someone who "prefer desktop apps over other types, can type fast, prefers typing to mouse interactions" does not has to be proficient in technology. A person who are not proficient can still have such preference. What we are trying to say here is that our application is easy to learn and the user doesn't need to be very proficient in technology.

Reason for disagreement: Honestly, I find this NFR hard to satisfy considering the scope of the app, which is a CLI-focused app. CLI-focused apps would be quite daunting for most novice tech users, as such I find that this NFR can't really be satisfied in conjunction with the target user profile.
NFR 5 states that "5. Should be easy to pick up for people who are not proficient with technology.". However, the target user profile states that "prefer desktop apps over other types, can type fast, prefers typing to mouse interactions, is reasonably comfortable using CLI apps".
I believe it is highly unlikely that there exists a user that satisfied the target user profile but are also "not proficient with technology". Is this NFR really a requirement?
