Quick Start: Java 11 or above is okay, but instructions specify Java 11.x specifically. #2

This is a very minor issue, however, the UG states that the Java version should be of the form "11...*", which implies it should be a Java 11 install specifically. However, the first sentence of point 1 states that any version above Java 11 is okay.

Perhaps this section can be slightly modified to improve clarity!
