Good suggestion! Our team has decided to stick to these implementation that allow for more flexibility in this iteration. But it is a good consideration for the future iteration!

As tags and names are both searched by the provided parameters, say we want to search for all "quant" roles we have applied to which we have added tags to indicate, a company named "Quantedge" or "WorldQuant"s results would also appear even though there we have applied to say an SWE role in this company.
Albeit this is a minor flaw that can be worked around with better tag naming by the user, i.e. "quantdev". However, it would be great to have that added flexibility.
